On the ATM Screen:

• Select cardless ATM
• Select Mastercard Cash Pick-up
• Select language (if available)
• Follow the screen prompts as follows:

Screen 1:

Please enter your US cell number in the space. If you do not have a cell phone based in the US, select the International Number button and follow the instructions for the different phone number formats.

When finished, press the "Enter" key of the ATM.

Screen 2:

Please enter the total amount of the order you received in the SMS text message (partial withdrawals are not allowed).

When finished, press the "Enter" key of the ATM.

Screen 3:

Please enter the MC Order Number that was supplied to you in the SMS text message you received. This Order Number begins with MC and is followed by 4 digits.

When finished, press the "Enter" key of the ATM.

Screen 4:

Please enter the 4-digit Secret Code that you received directly from the Sender. This code is NOT the same as the MC Order Number received in the SMS Text Message.

When finished, press the "Enter" key of the ATM.

Screen 5:

Please re-enter the same 4-digit Secret Code from the previous step. This is the Secret Code that you received directly from the Sender.

When finished, press the "Enter" key of the ATM.

En la pantalla del ATM:

• Seleccione opción sin tarjeta
• Seleccione Mastercard Cash Pick-up
• Seleccione lenguaje (en caso de estar disponible)
• Siga las indicaciones de la pantalla

PANTALLA 1:

Por favor, introduzca su número de celular de EE.UU. en el espacio reservado. Si usted no tiene un teléfono celular con base en los EE.UU., seleccione el botón Número Internacional y siga las instrucciones para los diferentes formatos de números de teléfono.

Cuando haya terminado, presione la tecla “Enter” del cajero automático.

PANTALLA 2:

Por favor, introduzca el importe total de la orden que recibió en el mensaje de texto SMS (no se permiten retiradas parciales).

Cuando haya terminado, presione la tecla “Enter” del cajero automático.

PANTALLA 3:

Por favor, introduzca el Número de Orden MC que le fue suministrado en el mensaje de texto SMS que recibió. Este Número de Orden comienza por MC y le siguen 4 dígitos que son los que ha de introducir.

Cuando haya terminado, presione la tecla “Enter” del cajero automático.

PANTALLA 4:

Por favor, introduzca el Código Secreto de 4 dígitos que recibió directamente del Emisor de la orden. Este código NO es el mismo que el Número de Orden MC recibido en el Mensaje de Texto SMS.

Cuando haya terminado, presione la tecla “Enter” del cajero automático.

PANTALLA 5:

Por favor, vuelva a ingresar el mismo Código Secreto de 4 dígitos del paso anterior. Éste es el Código Secreto que recibió directamente del Emisor.
